Salil Subedi is a dynamic musician and artist with 20 years of theatre experience, having collaborated with renowned groups such as Aarohan-Gurukul, Studio 7, Theatre Village, Shilpee, and One World Theatre. He has actively contributed to 10 community-based nature and wildlife conservation drama productions in association with organizations like Earthbeat Live!, Theatre for Africa, NTNC, and ZSL. Salil’s contemporary performance art delves into the themes of nature, society, and politics, taking place on diverse stages. He imparts his knowledge as a Visiting Faculty at Kathmandu University, delivers guest lectures at Srishti College of Art, Design and Technology, and has previously served as faculty at Green Hub. With expertise in writing, including editing, translations, and media reporting, Salil showcases his versatile skills. His musical proficiency spans wind instruments, vocals, and electronic music production, embodying creativity and cultural engagement with nature.
