Prof. Bhola Thapa appointed as Vice Chancellor of Kathmandu University

Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa has been appointed the new Vice-Chancellor of Kathmandu University.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the Chancellor of Kathmandu University, appointed Prof. Dr. Thapa the new vice-chancellor on Wednesday 20 January 2021. Prof. Dr. Thapa, a professor at the University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, had earlier served the University as Registrar from 2014 to 2017 and the Dean of School of Engineering from 2008 to 2013.
