Announcing the Passing of Our Founder, Aidan Warlow

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Aidan Warlow, founder of Kathmandu University, High School and Kathmandu University, Department of Art and Design, at the age of 87. His vision, dedication, and pioneering spirit shaped the foundations of our community and inspired generations of students, colleagues, and friends.

Though life became a struggle in his later years, Aidan never lost his passion for exploration and often spoke of his wish to visit Nepal once more. His time here remained among his most cherished memories.

Aidan’s legacy lives on in the institutions he built and the countless lives he touched with his generosity, creativity, and friendship. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who shared in his journey and continue to carry forward his dream.
