This course offers students to investigate the visual culture and evaluate the available design in their surroundings. They will be asked to explore, accumulate and analyze different forms, mode, temperament, and style of designs. By the end of the Design Survey students will be able to identify different designs approach in the market as well as be reoriented to their own visual cultural. Visual Culture Survey and Idea Generation– gathering of visuals and critical analysis on students’ own context of visual culture, Subjective and Objective reinterpretation of visual, ideas and concepts, psychological, social and economical aspect of visual, understanding of visual cultures and its approaches to under its functional design and production. |
